    Apple, coffee, walk. I was failing to trouble the porcelain and GP said apples contain a natural enzyme that helps transit. It works to the point of needing to call the coastguard to report 'shipping hazards' lol

    light veggies such as lettuce, tomatoes. LOTS of water. LOTS, it can be other clear fluids, such as tea, but you need liquid. Apples. Walking or jogging. Sometimes coffee has a good effect, but not always.

    I tend to have an issue in that area as well, and I eat plenty of fiber. I find adding fat to my diet works. Also, my MD just advised me to try 2 tablespoons of chia seeds on my oatmeal or yogurt. I just did one tablespoon because eating all those seeds looked kind of nasty, but it does seem to work. Chia seeds are also a good source of protein.

    Are you perhaps eating more dairy? Dairy does a # on me when I eat too much. Just something to think about.
