    Completely new to me, and discovered only because I love to explore foreign to me food is Asian pork floss and pork floss buns. My lord, where has this been on my life.

    Nope. Its like cotton candy. Think soft, fluffy, airy pork cotton candy. I dont know how else to describe it.

    Asian market. T&T here in Mississauga. But this is apparently very common in China. Had no idea.

    LOL definitely. I don't like drinking my calories but it was an easy way to get protein in on a soft foods diet. I've only tried Pure Protein and the Ensure Protein Max(?) tho.

    I grew up eating pork floss sprinkled on congee (savoury rice poridge) and sometimes sprinkled on buttered steamed bao. I remember David Chang, the chef proprietor of Momofuku had some more creative uses of pork floss on one of his Netflix series (either Ugly Delicious or season 1 of Mind of a Chef).

    I have noticed lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department that I have not tried before
