    @Noreenmarie1234 I love all your posts! However, I don’t have time to look through all of them. Can you recommend a good lower sodium salad dressing? A balsamic Or vinaigrette or Italian, along those lines, no Ranch. No other requirements. Thanks!

    Haha thanks! I am not the best person to ask for low sodium though since I eat more than 10k a day :D . LOL I love my sodium. But I have had braggs vinaigrette dressings and they all have like 20mg per serving and are delicious! My favorite is the sesame and regular vinaigrette.

    This is new 0 cal sweetener made with erythritol and sugar cane instead if stevia. It is really good. It is a little less sweet and doesn’t have the “bite” that stevia has. My bf who hates the bitterness of stevia loved it. I would get it again.
