    My bowl of sultana bran with strawberries and milk comes in around 700 calories. Which is why I don't have it everyday. It sucks!! I don't have the usual 45g serving though, I have 135g

    Haha yes it is. Which is why I load up my bowl. A paltry 45g is so not satisfying :disappointed:
