Hi all! I am 40, and 4'10". currently weigh 141. Goal weight is 110 ish and/or a body fat % of 20%. I am currently at 32% BF, so I have a way to go. I lift heavy 2-3 days a week and do cardio 2 days a week depending on my schedule. Last day of school, so it gets hard to work out for a couple months. Welcome to add me, I don't think I have any short friends.0

I'm 5'2.5" and currently 133lbs. Ideally I'd like to get down to around 120-125lbs but at the moment I'm concentrating on lowering my BF by about 10%.0
