    This is so insanely motivational! Great job to all of you, seriously. I won't have nearly as impressive before/afters because my primary goal is just to lean up/muscle up. But I'm pumped to see the results and be able to contribute! :D

    everyone here is so inspirational! Today I felt like throwing in the towel. all I feel like doing is eating. then I come on here and I get motivated by the success of others, and some of you have done it in such a short time frame that I see you there is hope for me.

    Normally, looking at guy's success and tremendous achievements in winning at this battle of the bulge just makes me so glad for them and their family's--I get the majority of my inspiration and encouragement seeing success stories and pics of women, my age.
