Hope you all are having a great weekend!
I usually get 7 hours of sleep on Friday and Saturday nights because I sleep late....
Mini Goals week 2/16 to 2/22:
1.) Stay in green on calories - Yes!
2.) Get 6.5 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - Finally over 7 hours! yay!
3.) Feb goal weight: >>>379 (start weight 388) - lost 1 pound

Happy Sunday!
Well I did not get over 6.5 hours of sleep last night. Should have but I woke up at my regular time and could not fall back to sleep so I went ahead and got up. This happens often on weekends too. Oh well.
Down another pound this week!

Hello lovely ladies. Having fun at Disney.
1. Check in three times. 6/3
2. Exercise 3 times. 5/3. Lots of walking yesterday and today.
3. Drink more water. Not so good. Even though I should stay more hydrated while walking around the park.
