so 1 year in my weight loss and I hit a nasty plateau for a tear I've done weight watchers and I'm on 32 points. I also work out 4x a week and do lots of weight training I just don't see the scale budge at all I also feel hungry all the time I do remixes I'm
Burning a lot of calories so I signed up
For MFP it is giving me more calories than weight watchers I need 25 more pounds to hit my goal weight so I'm not sure if I should stop WW and stick with MFP I'm confused any suggestions would be great

You've been on a plateau for a year?? Well clearly WW isn't working so you should probably try MFP!0

I would stick with MFP. The issue with WW is that you don't really learn about proper calorie and macro goals and how to set up a proper meal plan to hit your fitness goal. What is your calorie goal?
What I do and what I recommend to people is to eat at a calorie level that allows you to make good progress towards your goal. If you are trying to lose weight, eat so you drop 1-2 lbs/week. This assumes an average calorie burn from you getting in all of your workouts. This will be different for everyone, so you'll have to do some trial and error to figure it out. I'd start ~1600 cal/day. Hit this goal, along with your macros and getting in your workouts, for 2 weeks. If you lose 1-2 lbs, you're good to go. If you lose too much, increase your intake and repeat. If you don't lose enough, reduce your intake a bit and repeat. After a few weeks, you'll figure out what works for you in your situation.0
