Good luck, everybody! I am excited to get started. Although I did change my settings so you don't all get a status update every time I finish tracking for the day, or see how many calories I burned exercising every day. For some reason I want a little more privacy than that!0

I am not a big fan of tracking my food either. In the morning when I am packing my lunch, I enter in all my snacks, breakfast and lunch for the day so I don't really have to mess with it until dinner time again when I am at home0

In addition to all of this nonsense, I am starting another Whole30 tomorrow, in case anyone wants in on the misery.0
