Yay!! Today is our first day of tracking :) Remember we can record our food, exercise and water consumption here to help us see where we stand on nutrition! GOOD LUCK!! Please respond to this so that I can be sure everyone has made it to the group.

    Good luck, everybody! I am excited to get started. Although I did change my settings so you don't all get a status update every time I finish tracking for the day, or see how many calories I burned exercising every day. For some reason I want a little more privacy than that! :)

    Thanks for the tip Susan. I will be trying to figure that out. I'm a little disappointed with the app in it's tracking abilities.

    I am not a big fan of tracking my food either. In the morning when I am packing my lunch, I enter in all my snacks, breakfast and lunch for the day so I don't really have to mess with it until dinner time again when I am at home :smiley:

    One week down, nine to go!

    In addition to all of this nonsense, I am starting another Whole30 tomorrow, in case anyone wants in on the misery.
