Hi! I'm currently going to the gym in Brighton but struggling to afford healthy food being a student Any tips?

I'm going to assume Brighton uk? There's a big ole Tesco there, get yourself down there and pick up some value veggies, rice, oats, tuna - the value range is actually pretty good, and certainly cheap. Also, this blog is pretty amazing if you're watching your pennies: http://agirlcalledjack.com/0

There's a few questions to ask before giving tips I guess. People can give you all the tips they have, but they're nothing if they don't apply to you
First: Which one - Brighton Australia? Brighton UK? Brighton USA? Brighton elsewhere?
Second: What's your food budget?
Third: What's your idea of healthy? Do you mean fresh fruits and veg? Juicing? Do you cook a lot? Do you want supplements (protein etc)?0
