Hello everybody, I'm new to this app. I'm 28 years old, 175 lbs and 6'2". I'm not interested in losing weight, I would just like to eat healthier and exercise more. I made a New Year resolution for 2015 to quit anything and everything that is bad for my health. I quit smoking cigarettes, doing drugs, drinking beer and soda, also I've only been eating foods that are healthy. I have been giving this resolution 110% and ever since I started it I have felt so much better. I have more energy now, I'm not depressed anymore, I no longer have anxiety and it's much easier for me to concentrate. I just started going to college on January 12th, I'm going for my Heavy Equipment Operator's certificate. Compared to the decisions I made last year I have turned my life completely around and I finally can see a bright future ahead of me. I am a single parent, I have a son named Brandon, he was born 6-26-13 and he is the biggest motivator I have in my life.
