What are your top one or two strategies for fitting in exercise each week?

    I will be getting up early to exercise before work and squeezing in some walking on my lunch break.

    Fortunately for me, I already have a set routine. I work out first thing in the morning, and after work I am not allowed to eat dinner until I've done another workout. (and hopefully that makes up for sitting in a chair all day!)

    Like Susan I already have a set routine for exercise each day. Although i have to constantly work to have my routine, it doesn't come easy. I workout in the mornings before work. I don't allow myself to come to work until my workout is complete. I follow a schedule for exercising, specific days for running, swimming and biking. Also supporting my team members by walking during my lunch break.

    I do not have a routine, so getting off the couch is the plan. I love to watch the shows I have on dvr so my plan is to start doing those on the treadmill that is getting dusty in my basement and is conveniently in front of a television. I am also hopeful that the weather stays nice so I can start getting outside and walking the dog.
