My NSV is my wedding ring and engagement rings finally fit. Haven't been able to wear them for over a year. And my skin is so much brighter I wear way less makeup. Someone I recently met thought I was in my mid 20's and I'm 38. Woo hoo!!

    Awesome!
And when it becomes too big, may I suggest clear UV gel nail polish as a sizing agent. Lol

I need to try this....Haven't been wearing my wedding rings for quite awhile now because they spin around on my finger at work and I've almost lost them a couple of times because they just flew right off my finger!

I have the same issue, will have to try the nail polish, I was going to get one of the sizing gadgets, but the nail polish can be made thicker when more weight is lost.

    More great info from Sunny_Bunny_.

Almost forgot, when I went to my hair salon this week, two ladies who work there and see me about every 4-5 weeks, both commented on how thin I am looking. And it was in a kind supportive way.

My hairdresser is the person who turned me onto MFP in the first place. She has been encouraging me all along. She is trying to lose weight and be a vegan, I have directed her to the low carb sites that have eating plans for vegan/vegetarians, but she caves into sugar every time. She knows it is a problem and has finally started to use stevia in some fat bombs recipes I gave her, so she doesn't bake cookies anymore at least.

OMG I so agree about the butt bones hurting! I still have PLENTY of fat to lose, but apparently it's enough of a difference in my hiney that even sitting on a couch for too long has me fidgeting. My saddle is downright painful if I'm not riding well, which is really good incentive to have a soft seat whilst riding!

People have become used to me being smaller. I was talking to someone about weight and commiserating over muffin top, and how it was a constant for me 40 lbs ago. They forgot I'd lost weight and used to bulge over my pants.

Successful maintenance is still illusive to me too, @elize7. It's a huge victory to know you won't give up and that you can change your psychological state! HUGE!
