    Here is my early morning pre workout smoothy.
    1 scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla
    1 cup fat free milk
    3/4 tbsp instant coffee
    1 pkt stevia- sweetened to taste
    6-8 ice cubes

    I add half an avocado, a cooked beet, 1 cup of spinach, almond milk, banana and other mixed frozen fruits. I like going heavy on he veggies. Also plain yogurt.

    1 scoop of vanilla protein poweder
    1/2 a banana
    1/3 C of oatmeal
    1 Tbsn Cinnamon
    1 C water
    Ugh keeps me full until lunchtime.

    I have a smoothie for breakfast every work morning, this week I have one with frozen rhubarb, frozen blueberries, greek yoghurt, banana, orange and sunny D (small amounts of each, you can see my diary) and for some reason it tastes like lemon cheesecake! Last week I had bigger portions of rhubarb, blueberry and banana and could only have half every day as it was so filling!

    I also put chia seeds in mine to thicken it up and last weeks' took the shape of the smoothie bottle so that was fun!

    Chocolate Banana Smoothie

    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 banana
    1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt
    1 scoop Body Fortress protien powder
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder

    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 frozen banana
    2 tbs rolled oats
    2tbs flax seed
    1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
    Very yummy and healthy!!!

    Water or skimmed milk if you want it thinner
    Blueberries or Raspberries
    Mixed Nuts
    1 scoop of Whey Protein

    1.5 cup spinach
    1 clementine
    1 cup mango
    1/8 cup rolled oats
    1 cup of water

    Sometimes a add a little bit of avocado, or a scoop of whey protein.

    Don't add blackberries to smoothies. The seeds turn to a nasty grit.

    I always add spinach to smoothies, you don't taste it, adds bulk, veggies.
