Can I do the same cardio routine for an entire week without it losing it's effectiveness? (Please excuse my awful English, It's not my mother language :P)
I just don't think that I will have enough time next week to pick out and put together a new routine every day like I usually do.. (nor do I have time to pre-plan what routines I'll be doing NEXT week, THIS week..am I making any sense? I feel like I'm speaking in tongues)..
So, will the cardio lose its effectiveness or should I be okay as long as I put effort in and push myself every time?

I don't think it will lose its effectiveness in just a week. What is your routine that you'll be repeating? Can you change the intensity to get a bit of variety? Either way, you'll be getting a workout in, and that's what matters most.
Also your English is great0
