I'm making progress this week getting back to business. Walked the dogs one day and did 75 minutes of yoga yesterday, getting better at staying in the green, drank lots of water yesterday , logging my food -now need to up the protein....0 -
First check in for the week
1) Exercise - 3 days - 2/3
2) Food - in the Green- 5 days 1/5...haven't been keeping track very well so not sure how I have done
3) Weight - Lose 2lbs - Hopefully by Monday...still the same as last week0 -

1. Follow the workout schedule for my new DVD series 4/7
2. Check in everyday 3/7 - I really thought I checked in yesterday... Not sure what happened.
3. 10:30 bed time -3/7 yes Wednesday & no Thursday
4. Log everything 4/7 good logging both days.
5. Weekend goal - I will check in any log my food tomorrow.
