5'6" and 113 lbs. I'm actually looking to gain a few pounds, but mostly I'm just working on eating healthier, getting in shape, and maintaining my weight :)

5'6 and 145 pounds. When I was at my heaviest I weighed around 200. I've maintained my target for about a year but I'm now I'm getting more used to being a normal weight I'm starting to think that I could lose a few more pounds, I just wish I could lose them from my least favorite areas!!

5'3" current weight 134.4. My main goal is to maintain under 135, preferably around 132. Several years ago I got as low as 125 but it was too hard to sustain. I had to really cut down my food intake and I'm no longer willing to do that anymore!

I am 5'8 and 137 and just now starting to maintain and want to stay around 135-140. I am doing 1500 a day and I work out 80 minutes 5 days a week doing treadmill/bob harper workout dvds. Anyone have advice if 1500 is a good amount for me to maintain or should it be more or less??

There is not really a "good amount" to maintain on, you have to just find what amount of calories you can eat without gaining or losing weight.
    Good luck!

Crab, you are my height and my goal weight is 135. What are your maintenance calories set at?

I was at maintenance for a bit, then winter happened. I was 5'7/160... I am built bigger than I assume you are though. I was told I'd look sick/malnourished if I dropped much below 160.

Just under 5'2" and maintaining below 119. Haven't really focused too much on a range. Just a golden rule under 119 that's my happy weight and clothes fit great.

5'5 and 135 lbs...seem to still be losing though but I'm new to maintenance. Eating avg 1700 calories, which apparently isn't enough but leary of going too crazy.

Are you still losing with 1700? (Similar stats, curious).

I'm now at 131.4 pounds (today anyway) and eat anywhere from 1500-1700 cals per day. If I eat around 1500 I'm good but anytning over 1650 and I fluctuate up a tiny bit. It's getting very frustrating because I'm starving and average about 400-500 calories a day my fitbit adds that I should, in theory, be able to eat as well (I dont). I had no idea I would have to maintain on such a small calorie "budget" with my stomach growling all day.

5'8, 180 pounds. I'm not trying to lose scale weight per-say because I'm finally happy where I'm at, but I am trying to recomp my body and lean out. If I lose scale weight, alright! If not, I'm ok with that too. Sorry if this pic is huge.

This person does not count because this person has very little body fat and a LOT of muscle. She has the build of a professional soccer player. Most of us are not blessed like that.

You can bless yourself with muscle by doing strength training!

Sorry to butt in, I’m not at maintenance yet. Still trying to lose from CW 132 and then do a bulk to gain some muscle. @Sarauk2sf - you have totally badass muscle! That’s what I’m working towards.

Have not checked back in here in a while and missed this. Thanks you :flowerforyou:
