Let me guess you used coconut oil...and are going to say it was that...not that weight loss is not linear and you were in a deficit...k gotcha.0 -

OK And what does coconut oil have to do with it ? If you eat at a deficit, you'll lose weight. Coconut oil didn't have anything to do with weight loss . I actually use it for my home made dog food , to aid in weight gain for my dog. Because it adds extra calories in, making the dog eat at a surplus.
Eat at a deficit equals weight loss. Eat at a surplus equals weight gain. The foods you choose have nothing to do with it.0 -
