    5 days (cardio and strength, varies by week) x 30 mins + weekend active rest days (walks, yoga, etc.)

    5 days weight training + 30-45 minutes of gentle cardio every day (more for my sanity than anything else)

    I am in training for my black belt exam so I do 6 days a week:
    3 days of Strong Lifts - 35-45 mins
    2 days of Taekwondo - 90 minutes each
    1 day of running - 30 minutes

    I am on a 6 week countdown.
