My biggest one is calorie intake and portion sizes. I have used the tracker even when we aren't earning points and it is amazing the amount of calories I was eating without even knowing!!

I'm eating lots more vegetables, and way fewer processed foods.0

My number one goal was to get away from regular sodas. They are a true addiction for me and I drank way too much of them. I have only had one regular coke since this started and with the huge water quantity last week haven't been drinking much diet soda either. I call that a win.0
