What is your plan to continue your progress after the Know and Go! challenge is over?

I plan to keep my calorie intake at the 1200/day mark as it seems to be working well for me. My other plan is to continue using the workout video and biking together so that I can continue to lose weight.

    I really don't know. I have lost most of the weight I gained this winter, but my mysterious health issues are still getting worse. I had thought it was diet related until I cut out all processed foods and that isn't helping. I don't know what I'm going to do next because there doesn't seem to be any point.

    I am very happy that I achieved me goal of getting off the regular soda train. I did that once before for several years and it made a big difference. I have increased my water intake and will try to keep it in the 48 oz range plus other liquids daily. The added benefit is that while I haven't given up caffeine completely, I have also drastically reused the amount I consume. So I want to keep on that path and add more waking into my routine.

    honestly i don't know what i'm going to continue. I changed my medicine and have 0 diet restrictions. I exercise enough too. i can't loose weight even if i exercise, eat right, and drink water. So i guess if i have to focus on something it would be to make half my plate veggies.
