Found out today how to burn more calories while walking.

I walk 6 ks a day and find it beneficial as a weight loss tool and on weekends 8 ks. Any physical activity contributes to weight loss as long as u adjust your calorie intake. Exercise and less calories. Input verses output0

You can also carry weights in a backpack, or some hand weights. I play fetch while walking, as well...but my dog is usually there to go fetch it for me
I am currently doing weights in a bag (started a week ago). Well more a bag of cat litter that weighs about 6kilos or so and am finding it makes me stand up straight more and its working out my core strength.
