Successes this week: Exercised 4 days. Stayed under calorie goal 6/7 days.

Struggles this week: So far same every week. My desire to snack threatens to blow my daily calorie goal, but most days I've waited until after dinner to have a snack to make sure I have calories left to eat.

This week I did pretty good...I am almost to my July 1st goal of 199lbs already...I am finding the more I make things a routine, the easier it becomes for me to lose the weight!! I'm feeling pretty optimistic for the first time in a really long time...hope it continues.

Successes/struggles: Mom in town and lots of eating out! Weight is for today because yesterday I knew I was super bloated and just couldn't do it. It's crazy how much I retain water! Sometimes as much as 5 lbs. Anyway, mom is leaving today, and I've got to go into overdrive if I want to meet my goal for the month! I think I can!

Successes/struggles this week: Feeling really good, so far, this month. I'm making progress again. I'm running again. I got in two 5ks this weekend and only had some mild soreness. The only thing I continue struggling with is my eating. I'll just have to keep working on it, I guess.

Start Weight (1st June): Starting late, June 3 - 196.4
    Goal Weight (1st July): 190.0

    1st June [June 3]: 196.4
    8th June: 194.0
    15th June: 195.6
    22nd June:
    29th June:
    1st July:

    Weight lost/gained this week: 1.6
    Weight lost/gained this month: -.8

Successes/struggles this week: Really disappointed to see this number back on the scale, but not shocked by it at all. I did't go to the gym at all last week, but after such an insane last few weeks of being on the go nonstop and overtime at work, I really needed a few days to myself at home to just SIT and be still for my mental health/sanity. The weekend was full of birthday parties and events where people were constantly handing you plates of food everytime you turned around haha. I tried to eat smaller portions and share my plates with my boyfriend, but I still ate too many things that I should have avoided.

We are still in overtime at work, with no end in sight. I'm going to attempt to start getting up early again to get to the gym instead of coming in to work early, and just force myself to stay later at the office. I know there isn't a chance I will go to the gym after 10+ hours at my desk. Determined to get that number back down before next Monday.

    weight loss for this week:-1.2
    weight loss for month:-2.8

struggles this week: I'm frustrated because at the start of this i was higher in water retention and it dropped finally the day after the first weight in to week 2's number, the weight just wants to hold on. it seems for me this is a very very slow process. I am, by nature, an impatient person and by numbers should be around 191. As hard as I try, it seems like it is a .5 lb a week process for me :(

KEEP THE FAITH! :) one day at a time. it's my humble opinion that the slower the weight comes off, the more likely it will STAY OFF.

Thanks :) im trying to remember that as well. I know that its hard work and you dont always see the results right away, but I have noticed that my running speed and endurance have improved and I am very happy with that!
