    Wasn't my immediate thought that it depends on one's time schedule?
    Didn't this lead to thinking that it's tied to the conventional schedule of one's society (e.g. "early bird gets the worm")?
    Isn't "early" too relative a term to nail down, and isn't your amount of sleep more important than when it begins?
