    Better yet, is there an amazing bakery near you that makes its own sourdough bread? Isn't there a bakery near me that makes this wonderful sourdough miche - fermented for 48 hours? Would you believe this is half a loaf?

    Didn't I successfully avoid this bread for 2 years and decide this week was a good time to splurge on the calories? Do you know I froze half and will probably bring it out at Christmas to share?
