    No, my diary isn't open because I'm a high calorie count weight loss diet and sooometimes I may take advantage of that but still stay under calorie count.
    I've learned a lot being here, and I've met some great people. I'm 43 and down a total of 96lbs from where I started years ago.
    I'm down 26 from my last restart. I try to exercise daily with cycling (75mins), abdominal calisthenics, minor weight lifting, and kettlebells.
    WHEN I get down low enough, I want to start bulking. Not big bulk. but some. That's a long ways away. Right now I'm just focused on short term goals and weight loss!

    Definitely need an accountability partner or two! I've started recording my meals and keeping a daily blog to keep me on track. I want to lose 10 lbs by Halloween.
