    Hey 👋,
    I'm a type 1 diabetic and only recently started weighing my food (eyeballing it just doesn't work). I'm planning to lose about 20 lbs and then start building muscle. My main goal is to get shredded. We'll see if I make it anywhere near that, but I'm just taking it one day at a time.

    Add me! I am in desperate need of friends & random folks to stay accountable with 😃!

    Would like some open diary keto friends, ( see what other keto lifestylers eat) started out March 17th for health reasons, I have an open diary. I'm very committed to this and log everything. Not real big on talking and interaction but I always make sure to give a like. :) Peri-menopausal or hormonal issue friends or type 2 diabetics who have normalized blood sugars even better.

    Hey guys! I'm looking for more friends. I'm plant based, & mostly do pilates, HIIT, & ring fit workouts. I'm not new here, but most of my friends are inactive now so I'm hoping to get more of a community back in my newsfeed.

    I lost about 65 pounds using this app, and now I just stick around to maintain my weight & stay fit & healthy (mostly by doing Blogilates workouts, HIIT, & Ring Fit Adventure).

    I accept ALL friend requests, so please feel free to add me! I also have an open public food diary, but I don't mind if you have yours locked. 😊

    Yes I'd love to have more accountability buddies! Been on a plateau for over 2 weeks as I'm closing in on normal bmi. I find inspiration in reading other peoples successes and struggles. Love to cook and my diary is open.
