Would like some open diary keto friends, ( see what other keto lifestylers eat) started out March 17th for health reasons, I have an open diary. I'm very committed to this and log everything. Not real big on talking and interaction but I always make sure to give a like. Peri-menopausal or hormonal issue friends or type 2 diabetics who have normalized blood sugars even better.

I lost about 65 pounds using this app, and now I just stick around to maintain my weight & stay fit & healthy (mostly by doing Blogilates workouts, HIIT, & Ring Fit Adventure).

Yes I'd love to have more accountability buddies! Been on a plateau for over 2 weeks as I'm closing in on normal bmi. I find inspiration in reading other peoples successes and struggles. Love to cook and my diary is open.
