    Do, as several people suggested, at least try one raw, on its own or as a dip for hummus. They are so much sweeter than the green bells (which are actually unripe red bells). But for the rest, you can do anything with them that you'd do with a green bell pepper. :)

    there's a yummy recipe on pinterest - search drunken noodles. it has sausage and lots of peppers in a tomato-ey sauce... you don't even need the pasta - the sauce is so good and hearty on it's own.

    there's also the pioneer woman's cajun chicken pasta that would use up 2 of those peppers - one of my favorite recipes.

    otherwise, I'd roast or grill them. or dice them up and freeze them for future recipes that call for peppers - like goulash or jambalaya
