Every comment is worth 5 calories!

So let me just start off with something very embarrassing but very important that I admit: I have done hardly any physical work/exercise in over 6 months. Things like depression could be blamed, but it's still my body and my fault that I've gained weight and become so unbelievably out of shape. (Start panting after going up a small flight of stairs.)
So yeah, 1 comment = 5 calories may seem petty, but I'm seriously out of shape and I gotta start somewhere.
For every comment, I will burn off 5 calories. I know it's not much, but to me, it totally is.

Don't rely on us. Like you said, its your body to take control of. ^This, this is not taking control. This is procrastinating. In the time you might spend waiting around for people to comment you could go out and take a walk. Use this comment as the 5 calories it takes to walk out the front door, and then just keep going.0

Do you mean for every comment you receive on this thread? Nothing wrong with getting in shape, but if your profile is correct and you only have 10 lbs. to lose I wouldn't get too obsessive about it.
What types of exercise are you able to do currently?0 -

Oh, I'm not waiting for comments. I'm gonna let them collect and then use that as my goal when I need motivation. i.e. some time next week when I tell myself that I deserve a 'break' after only a couple days or something.

It wouldn't let me go lower than 10. But I'm not underweight, which confuses me as to why it only allows me to lose 10.

Yes, I'm 18. But I'm really small.. so if it won't let me go below 10, is it absolutely certain that I shouldn't go below it? I'm not fat, not at all, and I don't mean to completely drop more than 10 pounds without gaining it back. I just have a lot of sudden fat-gain and I want it gone so I can work towards actually being fit and thus gaining some weight back.0
