Prior to starting keto I drank the Beachbody Results & Recovery formula with creatine in it. It greatly helped with the post workout soreness. I can't drink it now because its 40 carbs per serving so I'm looking for a replacement because my body is soooo soooore after my workouts. I've tried Epsom salts in my bath but doesn't do anything. I've also drank broth but doesn't help.

Any ideas?

Do you take plain creatine now ?

    How about Advil ?

A low carb proteins will feed your muscles.

No I don't take plain creatine. I'm sore after every weight lifting workout so don't want to resort to advil all of the time.

I use baking soda in my bath with Epsom salts. It works wonders after long day in garden. Don't lift weights, but can get really sore after 6 hrs or so of yard work. 2 c epsom salt & 1 c baking soda. Throw in couple drops lavender & peppermint oil.

Also, foam rolling is a tool that helps with muscle soreness. I've been told it can be uncomfortable getting used to it, but that it is worth it after you do it!!
