Pleasantly surprised to have any loss this week since I started weightlifting this week. It was great to get back to weightlifting. I ate a more candy this week than I did last week because of stress. Next week my goal is control my stress eating.0 -

May I join? I've started my journey on my own 2 weeks ago and have so far lost 6lbs, but I tend to cheat and lose motivation after a couple of weeks as my weight loss tends to slow down as I get to burning the real fat off, so could do with the push from others.

I had a great week as I have been increasing my weights in my weightlifting and I have been meeting my daily step goal. I also had a lot more control over my eating this week, so that was also a success this week. I had a great dinner last night and the extra sodium showed up in my weight today, not too worried as the water weight will drop over the next couple of days.0 -

I HAD SUCH A GREAT WEEK really upped my exercise and didn't go daft with my food goals.
I had to get new scales . I do not believe I put on 3 lbs (even if I lost nothing) . I will add one more to this 12 weeks.
I knew my previous scales were inaccurate but it was a shock to have it jump up. My goal this week is to look forward and keep logging and moving.
