    Hi and thank you

    A total loss of approximately 34lbs so far. I have 3lbs to go until I reach my goal weight of 147lbs, but I might change that goal when I reach it 😊

    (In the left pic I am 184lbs and on the right I’m 150lbs)

    Hi there

    Thank you. I just cut out a lot of things such as takeaways, chocolate, added sugar (completely stopped drinking full sugar drinks), no white bread/pasta/rice, butter and I no longer eat fried food.

    I have 3 meals a day and eat foods such as oatmeal, chicken/fish/pork/turkey, wholegrain rice & pasta, plenty of veg and salad etc. I weigh my food and that keeps my portion sizes under control. I also use an exercise bike a few times a week.

    If you ride a peloton, I'll follow you. Mine is #2fat4that. Down from 430 to 270 so far
