    Reaching the lowest weight I've been in probably 15+ years. Still have a long way to go, but this morning my weigh-in was incredibly motivating!

    My sister and I returned from running the "Pink Colour Run" in support of our friends little girl who did not want to run alone and our proud Icelandic American "grandmother" who lost her battle against cancer last year.

    Massive turn out. Wish I owned a GoPro.
