    I said no to the junk food aisle in the grocery store and picking food off my kids plates when mine was taking FOREVER to get done. I also went for a walk when I took my kids to the park. Good day.

    Today I'm starting again and saying no to all the candy - until I pass them out tonight to the trick-or-treaters. I'll work in 3 micro-mini treats while I pass them out to others.

    I ordered a pasta bowl for lunch with a spicy (WAY TOO SPICY) sauce. After about a dozen small bites and my mouth stinging with discomfort, I said forget it. Threw it out and and had some fruit. It was pricey, but I don't eat stuff I don't like.
