    The Ultimate heresy. Every once in a while I'm like 3 calories over my daily goal so I go back and put a 0.99 multiplier in for some item so I can claim I'm under my calorie goal in my news feed. C'mon, a lot of you guys do it too.

    No. It's a food diary, which you can set to public, private or friends only. Then you can post any messed up thoughts on your wall
