    The chiropractor I see also has staff that deals with nutrition. It's a wellness clinic and I must say that his advice has worked. I haven't been having problems since changing my diet in over a month. No...I would not see a podiatrist for asthma...I'm not stupid! I would much rather try a diet change than have surgery which is what my doctor wanted me to speak to a surgeon about.

    I wish I had that problem. Then again, sometimes I eat more calorie dense foods so that fills my calories in. I knocked out 1500 today without a problem. If I know I'm going to be under my goal then I mess with my diary to see what I can eat to get there.
