    Sorry I've been MIA for a while. I started dating a new guy and he loves food and he always wants me to eat and food is my weakness. I've been trying to stick with OMAD, but he doesn't help at all. I have finally had to put my foot down because I did not lose any weight during June or July. I never fully stopped OMAD, but I cheated A LOT. Never really gained weight. I just kept going up and down around 3 pounds. Well, I'm back on track and I'm still trying to keep this great guy I'm seeing in check. He's got to quit offering me food. He'll just buy me food and bring it to me and I'm starting to just say "I'm sorry, I told you I'm not eating lunch today." So he either eats it or throws it away. I'm not going to feel bad about that. He was warned. I kind of wonder if he doesn't want me to lose the weight. I wonder if he thinks I will be prettier and more attractive to other guys or something. Oh well, I was on this weight loss journey before we met and I won't let anything get in my way of my goal. I will lose 20-40 more pounds. Much love guys!

    I've learned to put myself and my needs first, and I don't too much care what other people think. You have to.

    Welcome back and good for you on putting your foot down. I couldn't agree more with Jim, put yourself first.

    Your boyfriend may want you heavier for reasons you've stated, but he could also just be genuinely concerned. In which case, maybe it's time for sit down. Lol
