losing weight and maintaining

hi, i lost 5and a half stone in 5 months due to to lots of exercise and healthy eating 2 years ago . i have kept the weight off but now just cycle and spin, at 59 i have found this works for me . anybody else got other ideas about a different training programme?

    Running? Or just walking? I lost more than 70 pounds, and running has helped keep it off. :)

    unfortunately running is out due to tendons and ligament injuries in the past. brisk walking is good and 10,000 steps a day is supposed to a good goal. working hours make it awkward but do able if you want to keep up the good work, cheers for advice
