Successes/struggles this week: This week I was still battling my bronchitis symptoms.
I also did not eat very well. Eating pizza brought in at work. I am not sick of donuts lol.
On the plus side I was able to go cycling yesterday. I did 60km trip. Not bad since I haven't gone out the last few weeks because I was sick. i had good pace, and stamina!
Only 4 days left in the challenge! I am happy with my 4 lbs lose but I would like to lose two more pounds before the October Weight Loss Challenge starts!

28th September:93.2kgs
1st October:
Weight lost/gained this week: -2.7kg
Weight lost/gained this month:-3.3kg
Successes/struggles this week:
•I so didn't expect to reach my goal this month let alone break through it. But I was expecting a woosh and it more than happened.
•I've been fiiting in activities and workouts where I can. And I've been making sure that I clock over 10,000 steps at least 3 times a week. I started a personal challenge of 1000minutes of exercise in a month and completed week 2. So I think that kept me motivated.
• It was Eid and only for that day I changed my calorie goal to maintenance so that I can enjoy the festival. However, I still didn't go overboard even though I had treats all day. What I've learnt from that day is that, yes, keeping below calorie is the only thing needed for weight loss but the food choice has a huge effect on feeling full and satisfied or not.
LOOKING FORWARD FOR NEXT MONTHS CHALLENGE!0 -

I'm not sure where you got that this is a waste of time... Some people on here have no one supporting or motivating them on making their decision to make a life style change, so they come here where other people are in the same boat. You're right, it is a life style change. But sometimes you still need a little encouragement along the way.
Congratulations on the 50kg weight loss. And to everyone else on here who is kicking booty and continuing on the path to a better you.

Successes/struggles this week:
Struggles: Stress. Also, I forgot to post! On weigh day, pup tore a claw at the lake - I had to walk him on a dirt trail for a nearly a mile back to the car park with his foot soaked in blood. I felt horrible that I couldn't carry him. (Both of us got cabin fever after a few days, so I tried to take him for a nice long walk. He was so happy, he started bouncing around, and it broke open again. Worst dog-mom ever.)
Successes: Holding steady. I'm calling that a 'win'.0 -
