    Goal 2200 minutes

    Week 1 = 330 minutes
    Week 2 = 425 minutes
    Week 3 = 515 minutes

    9/22 = 92 minutes……………calisthenics, weight lifting, rowing machine
    9/23 = Rest Day
    9/24 = 90 minutes…………….calisthenics, stairmaster, weight lifting
    9/25 = 115 minutes…………..calisthenics, strength training and swimming
    9/26 = 40 minutes…………….swimming
    9/27 = 100 minutes…………..calisthenics, weight lifting and bike

    27 Day Total = 1707/2200

    Looks like I’m going to fall short of my goal this month……..darnit!

    2308/2500 (original goal 2000!) I'm pretty happy with the results for September!
