Brilliant! Well done!
I used to be a runner and only started back this July. I did a 5k in August in 31minutes 18 and a 5k yesterday in 28minutes 50. So stick with it, the improvements happen.

awesomeness ... I just biked for 40 minutes straight in the gym this morning . I was all excited last week because I did 30 minutes straight... wow what a jump ! I think your running is such a great victory... 6mph... what a BEAST !!!keep it up0
