Okay - it's not really "to" the DVD. I basically use it as a rough guide.0 -

Unfortunately true though! No cardio for me. And I don't even run across the street THAT fast. lol0 -
Running 2 miles on my treadmill with some sprints tossed in. Doesn't hurt my joints doing that short of a distance, but gets we drenched. Is a good workout.0

If intense, will build leg muscles0 -
Elliptical and run around the neighborhood also do Jillian Michaels dvds0

Rowing, on water. But not too much as it interferes with my strength gains0
