maintaining a calorie deficit can be very difficult for most people, try not eating until 1 pm, and never after 9pm, this creates a 15 he fasting window, it's actually easier once you get used to it, and you have most of your Cal for the day at dinner witch offers a psychological benefit. the perodic fasting method with 1500 cal a day, allowed me to loose 40 lbs over 7 months.
