When Do You Workout?

I like to do an early morning workout, before I have eaten anything... What about everyone else? Friend me if your looking for friends! I am!!

During the week, I like to do weight lifting in the morning and cardio at night. During the weekends I'll try to do everything together and get it out of the way so that I can enjoy the rest of the day,0

im jealous of all people who work out early. If i do im exhausted the entire day (i have insomnia and fluccuated sleep) i have to work out at night plus it helps my horrible sleep patterns.0

I lift 4x a week in the afternoon about an hour after I eat. I cannot exercise on an empty stomach. I also run when the mood hits. Usually a couple times a week at various times.0

I can't here, got to get the kids ready for school and pack their lunch etc. I usually workout about 2-3 hours after getting up, so I need some food before or it's a VERY bad workout.0

I do a 3-mile walk and yoga fasted every morning. I eat 12-7p. Swimming, bicycling, and any additional walking all happen after I eat. I can't imagine doing yoga with food in my stomach. blech0

Usually in the morning before work. If I'm lifting I generally don't eat before, but if I'm doing cardio I tend to need something first. Not always, but usually....0

During the week I workout first thing in the morning and get in a 3 - 4 mile fast walk after dinner most evenings.
The time varies on the weekend depending on what I have going on, but I definitely get a workout in.0 -

I prefer to workout in the mornings fasted. With kids, work, etc...this doesn't always go as planned. I keep the group fitness schedule up and try to catch a workout class anytime my schedule allows. I also try to make it a habit to walk 2.5 miles around the park with my 14 year old daughter at least a few evenings a week. Not only is it a good way for us to connect, but I'm hoping it will set her up for lifelong healthy habits. You never really know what good habits your kids will fall in to. I can only hope that the healthy choices she watches me make and takes part in will set her up to make healthy choices as an adult.

During the week 6:30 pm two nights at the gym, 5:30 two nights PT, weekends whenever the mood hits.0

I prefer early mornings, it's become something I look forward to, which makes getting up a lot more fun and easy, which will be especially motivating for me as soon as the weather turns super cold. Usually super cold + warm bed = nooooo, I don't want to get up! But, I love the feeling of getting activity in super early in the day. I've found that it makes me want to be more active as the day goes on, too.0

Crossfit 5 days a week after work (4pm) and run 3 days a week in the evening. Always a protein shake right after0
