Good morning Family!
I hope you rested well! Things we have to do today:
1. Fill out the Release & Waiver form and send back to me by end of today 11:59 p.m. PST, Monday 11/09/15
2. Take PICTURES! Front, Side, & Back. Girls: sport bra top or fitted exercise top; Guys: no shirt or fitted exercise top
3. Print out the updated Challenge Rules Word Doc and Point Chart. Put all your paper work in a binder.
4. Complete your myfittnesspal profile: Goals, Weight, Measurements, with today's food.
Once you've registered via my website: http://www.tabithachristopher.com/#!fit-challenge/c1jtt You will receive your point chart along with a nutritional guideline to follow.
5. DO the Workout Video with me or whatever Workout you had planned today!
