DAY 2 -

It is currently 6:10 a.m. PST. And I've been trying to make it to bed at a decent hour so I could wake up at 4 a.m.--that has not happened yet. Why getting up early and having breakfast before mid morning helps rev your metabolism.
Well, if you think about it Your body is in starvation/fast mode while you sleep because it is NOT getting any fuel but is burning the fuel that you should've given it 2 - 3 hours before you went to sleep.
If you did it properly which is having dinner 2 - 3 hours before going to bed and having at least a 7 hour night of rest---your body would at this point not have had food for 9 - 10 hours! Which is not a BAD thing, because you were not engaged in "lots" of activity where it would need a certain level of fuel to give you energy to "move".

Yesterday in my notes for food (if you check my journal entry it was NOT a good day) I say was not a good prep day. I am going grocery shopping this morning to be able to follow the food plan with efficiency!
