@jadepearl thank you for saying that. I do enjoy my environment if I can by making it homely and comfortable.

Update after 16 days OMAD - I have reached the halfway mark already!

    SW 91kg
    CW 86 kg (5kg loss)
GW 81 kg (5 kg to go)

I am feeling so full of energy - a bit hyped up and excited. Only needed five hours sleep last night. I think that this fasting diet is making my brain really hyper quick and my energy levels are way high. I just did a 5:30am hot yoga class this morning something I would never normally do.

    After 22 days
    SW 91 kg
    CW 85 kg
    GW 81 kg

I have lost 6 kg already in less than 4 weeks. Already looking a lot slimmer around the waist. This is amazing even for someone who has tried OMAD before. The difference this time is that I am not bingeing on my one meal and not grazing but sticking to one plate. Last night I had roast beef, ice cream dessert and two glasses of red wine. OMAD is totally amazing!!

Other contributing factors that might be worth mentioning:
    1. Lower stress levels
    2. Regular exercise
    3. Socialising
    4. Ample sleep
    5. Home made unprocessed food
    6. Moderate alcohol consumption
    7. No snacking
    8. OMAD of course

@jadepearl thanks for the encouragement. I’m feeling just a little bit tempted tonight to scarf down a second meal. But drank a small bottle of kombucha instead.

After feeling a bit *blah* last night I’m feeling a whole heap better today. I’ve reached my goal of going OMAD for 30 days and look at the results! The data speaks for itself. OMAD rocks as far as I’m concerned. I will definitely continue until I reach my weight goal.
