    Ahhh! This whole week my weight hasn't budged (I'm hoping it's just my body still using extra water to heal from being so sick). Hoping to register a loss tomorrow!

    bummer, I hate seeing this but I knew it was going to happen when I woke up this morning. I went out to lunch with my coworkers yesterday and ate some junk food. Feeling bloated and constipated :(

    2016 will be a great year! And that one pound is probably not real fat because I overate Friday through Monday (plus not logging). It comes off with a week of staying within my goal, but resisting those binge days are difficult, but I can do it!

    I'm hoping it's just TOM (I'm irregular and never know for sure). Maybe next week will bring better luck. My eating has been on point so I guess I'll just keep trudging along.

    Down almost 2 lbs. Wahoo!! Although my weight can swing quite a bit. Hope this is a downward pattern and not a fluke. I'm going to keep at it. Eating healthy and getting exercise is a good idea even if the scale doesn't always show it.

    Oops a little late!!
    starting weight December 1 was 312.
    My goal weight for February 29 is 277
    Current weight is 291.2 Weight loss almost 20.8 pounds. Been a bit slow this last week!!
