    I can't catch a break with these weigh ins. On Saturday I was 207. There's no way I gained 3.4 lbs in 4 days. I've been within calorie goal every day. :(

    It's ok... Look at how far you've come! You've lost 7.8 lbs!! This is over a Pound a week and that is fabulous!! You'll get there! Read my Encouraging Word today! You're not alone!

    They say people tend to consume higher sodium and more food over weekends and that Monday is usually our highest weight and Friday our lowest. If you go out over the weekend you could be just seeing higher water weight on Tuesday weigh ins.

    My maintain game is apparently strong. Either there is a whoosh coming my way, or I might just flip the switch from weight loss to body recomp. Regardless, I'm feeling pretty good. ^_^

    Up 2.4 since Saturday morning :(

    I've come to hate Tuesday weigh-ins. I know I wouldn't hate them if I didn't eat and drink stuff on Saturday and Sunday that made me retain water. I feel like the last couple of weeks I've had to work all week just to get the water off and I don't see a good number on the scale until Friday or Saturday...

    This week's challenge for me is to eat clean all weekend so I don't have such a huge water fluctuation the first part of the week.

    starting weight December 1 was 312.
    My goal weight for February 29 is 277
    Current weight is 289 for a .8 loss this week. Was as low as 285 but water weight!! Weight loss 23 pounds this challenge. Goal is still in reach!!

    I'm struggling with water retention this week. I have bounced from 203 to 205 all week and I've had it! This week I am breaking that cycle and getting to "overweight" BMI!
