After a long plateau, I broke into the 230's - next mini goal is to get to 225 by Valentines Day

I want to get into all my size 16 jeans comfortably so I can donate all those size 18's. It's the comfortably part that isn't quite there yet...muffin top still a bit too much.13

To reach the midway point of my goal...need to lose another 5.6lbs to be halfway to my UGW.8

My mini goal is losing weight enough for me to be able to get in the swimming team this Autumn.12

4.2 pounds from breaking 200. Stretch goal is to reach it by 1 Feb but definitely want to reach it by 14 Feb13

My mini goal is to get to Onederland (and stay there). I started at 292 lbs and now I'm at 202. Hit 199.5 for 1 day and popped back up to 208 (over the holidays). It's all good though - in the last 21 months, eating healthy and moving more has become a habit and a lifestyle and not a diet/exercise plan. Gaining a few pounds over the holidays is just a bump in the road and not a major setback.18

I'm so close to being under 200lbs again. It's extremely tantalizing. Depending on my water weight in the mornings I have 6-8lbs to go. I'm very pleased with my body at the moment, and this is now pure vanity.10

I want to drop 25 pounds by June...my daughter's Girl Scout troop is heading to a water park, and I am not ready to be in front of all those other moms in a swim suit quite yet! 5lbs or so a month will get me there with a bit less embarrassment about what I have done to body by "letting myself go."11

Sister is visiting in the beginning of April. Last saw her in person at New Years. I want her to be able to see a noticeable difference after 3 months apart. Preferably be 190 or less by then.10

I’m currently aiming for the first 5kgs to go, so the number on the scale I’m aiming for is 95. I’m back on track with my logging this month so next months goal is to work up to working out at the gym 3 days a week5

- Start talking to yourself the way you would talk to your Mom or daughter if they had extra weight. Don't compare yourself to others. We are all so individual and I am sure you have so much to offer. You are beautiful in any body shape.

stay below 225. I was 225 even this morning, so just a smidge more
and then below 220.8 -
My current goal weight is set at 145, and I've gone from 173 to about 153 over the last 6 months (the slow and steady plan!). Just a little bit more to go! My sights are set on getting under 150 right now. Then goal weight. Then it will be time to set a new goal.10

Broke 225 this morning - excited to see the scale moving in the right direction. New mini-goal is 220 by the end of February.11 -
I am 1lb from being below 180. Thats all I want for this or next week.11
